The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building in a quiet position in the so called Mistral bay, only 15 meters from the sea. It consists of bedroom, large living room, kitchen and bathroom. The rooms have wonderful view of the sea and nearby islands. The house is set in the middle of the Zadar seaside promenade, the well known Lungo Mare, which stretches from the Borik area to the city center. The apartment is conveniently located in 10 minutes walking distance from the historical centre of Zadar. It Is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. In the vicinity there is a restaurant, supermarket, bank, beach facilities, marina. It is a quite area, yet very close to everything. There is a bus stop circa 100 meters from the house, so you do not need a car. However, there is a free parking place in front of the house.
