Villa Nikola is situated in a quiet part of the village next to the pine forest along the Sumartin promenade. It is 40m away from the natural stone beach located south of the house and 80m from the most beautiful natural sandy beach (pictured) on the east part of Brač. The house has a large garden of 800m2 where you can relax on deck chairs and enjoy the barbecue. The garden is sheltered with greenery and provides complete privacy and the right place for family vacations. It is rented as a whole house, in the house you are alone, there are no other guests and no owner. The reservation is considered as confirmed on the date of the advance payment of 30% of the total rental rate. Upon arrival, a deposit of 200 euros is payable, which will be refunded to guests on the day of departure, if the rented property is left in the same condition as it was found.
