The house is small, modernly equipped, has WI-FI and AC, and BBCQ with flowing water in the entrance stone wall built in Istrian style ... The house is located at the Stupica campsite, 800m from the sea and the nearest Pinizole beach. There is a living room with a goat extractor that is pulled out in a 2 person bed, a kitchen and a bathroom.  Wooden circular stairs go to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms. Each has 2 separate beds, and one of the rooms has a terrace. The house is about 200-300m away from the village center where it was bought, post office, tourist agency, pharmacy, green market and fish market. Opposite the house itself there is a hammock and bakery, and an internet cafe where you can rent bicycles. Premantura is said to have its position, Kamenjak, which is protected as a resort with a unique flora and fauna and wondrous beaches that end the Istrian peninsula. The nearest town is Pula at a distance of 8km.
