We rent a nice family , stone house of 170 square meters.The house is 15 metars from the road (north side) and 50 m from the sea (south side) At the entrance to the house there is a parking plase for 2 cars. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, storage room for food and another spare room in which are located the washing machine, ironing board, sun umbrellas ... From the kitchen and living room open onto a large terrace, 70 sq m with a natural shade of wild mulberry tree.In front terrace is a small, beautiful garden with an outdoor shower and barbecue. From the garden to the beach there is a path width of 1.5 m.It is not necessary to cross road and to the beach can go children unaccompanied by an adult.From garden to beach is about 50 m. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two with double bed with exit to the balcony where are the tables and garden chairs.There is a sea views from the rooms. On the north side is another bedroom with two single beds (can be joined) .On upper floor is one more bathroom. Our house is first row to the sea, in front of it there are no other facilities. The house is well insulated, with thick walls, so it is never too hot.For guests who want cooling, in all 3 bedrooms have set up air conditioners and a large ceiling ventilators. The house is well equipped: dishwasher and laundry washer, mikser.microvawe, kettle, dishes, cutlery, towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, napkins, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea ... The beach is pebbly sand .The sea is very shallow, perfect for swimming very young children. We are kind hosts.We live in Split and the guests are staying at house alone. They may call at any time from the house phone.If they need something ,we will within a maximum of 1 hour come into the house. We guarantee to our guests a perfect cleanliness.
